Duplex Steel Seamless Tubing is primarily made up of chromium (21–23%), nickel (4.5–6.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), nitrogen, and iron. This unique dual-phase microstructure, which includes both austenite and ferrite, strikes a perfect balance between strength and corrosion resistance. It offers a high tensile strength of around 620 MPa and a yield strength of about 450 MPa, along with good elongation and hardness. The tubing is highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, making it ideal for harsh environments and high-pressure systems.
