Marine grade stainless steel pipes typically made of alloys such as 316 and 316L, contain chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%) and molybdenum (2-3%) for corrosion resistance increasing. These pipes have good tensile strength (515 MPa), yield strength (205 MPa), and offer high ductility.
